How we Work
Since 2011, our mission has been to permanently remove the barrier between the client and consultant to create strong, lasting relationships, which has been key to our continued success. We have also built excellent relationships with our trusted partners to deliver consistently high quality work.
“Dean is incisive and knowledgable as a transportation consultant. Always recommend him for projects I work on. He is commercially minded and a pleasure to work with.”

Our Key Services
-
Depending on the scale of development and the sensitivity of the location, a planning application will need to be supported with a Transport Assessment or Transport Statement if the potential impacts are not as significant
-
Travel Plans are sometimes required when traffic impacts need to be reduced or if there is limited parking available on the site.
-
Sometimes called ‘vehicle tracking’, SPA is the process of replicating a vehicle manoeuvre using a computer program to check a layout or to confirm the space required for manoeuvring. SPA can be undertaken using any vehicle type.
-
Many development sites require a form of vehicle access to make them feasible for development. We have the capability to assess your site and design the most appropriate access solution whilst complying with visibility requirements.
-
There are many forms of highway agreements (sections of the Highways Act), to allow works to legally take place on the public highway. We have the capability to secure highway agreements on your behalf.
-
If your planning application has been refused on highway grounds, we have the expertise to appeal any wrongful highways reason for refusal.
-
Through our trusted partner, Capital Road Safety, we can arrange any type of traffic survey and get survey equipment installed at short notice. Typical surveys include parking surveys, Automatic Traffic Counts (ATC) and classified junction turning counts.
-
There are many facets to parking design including space size compliance, aisle width, turning heads, pedestrian safety, accessible spaces and spaces for motor cycles, bicycles and other needs such as vehicle servicing. We have detailed expertise in all matters relating to car park design.
